Place Cards for Dates of Guests

Q: For the place cards... when people reply with the RSVP's, and they are bringing a guest, how do you know what their guest's name is to put on the place card?

A: Generally speaking, the person that you initially invited is responsible for contacting you and letting you know who they will be bringing as their "guest". That way, you can get the correct spelling of their first and last name, etc. However, on the event that this information is not passed along, simply writing "guest of so-and-so" on the place card will do the job! As long as you seat them next to one another, it should be relatively easy to figure out. If you'd like, you can leave a blank space on the RSVP, and request that the people you invite fill in the name of the guest when RSVP'ing!
