Much planning and preparation goes into your wedding. When the day finally arrives, it should be carefree and enjoyable. Rely on the advice of wedding professionals to help accomplish this.

Take into account everything when planning the agenda for your wedding day. Allow some extra time at each location so that you are not faced with the stress of running behind schedule. If you would like to spend some time to greet guests outside the church after the ceremony, schedule it into your agenda rather than trying to squeeze it in. Also make sure you schedule adequate time for travel between various locations taking into account the possibility of slow traffic.

You might choose to have your reception at a venue that offers a nice outdoor setting for your photography session. This eliminates the need to travel with the bridal party and family to a park for photos after the ceremony. It also has the added advantage that you have access to refreshments while the photos are being done. If you choose to travel to a separate location after the church, make sure everyone involved in the photo session knows how to get there. Ask a family member or someone from the bridal party to pack some simple refreshments in a cooler to bring to the park. Especially on a hot summer day, having a cold juice or pop will be much appreciated by your family and bridal party. A light snack will help to tide you over until dinner is served later at the reception. This will make the photo session more enjoyable for all.
