Pink and Orange Bouquets

Q: I've decided on fuchsia/hot pink, and orange as my wedding colours. The bridesmaids will carry these colours in their bouquets, but I'm having some problems deciding what colour the bridesmaid’s dresses should be. With such a bright combination of flowers, what dress colour would you recommend?

A: I'm impressed by your choice of colours...what a great combination! With regards to the colour of your bridesmaid's dresses, I would say that you should choose one of the colours of the flowers, and have them wear that colour in a pastel shade. For example, a pale/pastel orange dress with the fuchsia and orange flowers would look so amazing! Just make sure that at least one of the colours found in the bouquet is carried over into the dresses in a lighter shade so that they compliment one another!
