Wedding Makeup Tricks!

- start exfoliating at least 1 month before your wedding. Dry, flaky
skin is more noticeable when makeup is applied on dry skin.
- a button down shirt should be worn before having your makeup applied.
- a good, oil-free foundation that matches your skin tone should be
applied.
- to avoid eyeshadow from clumping in the crease of your eyelid, powder
should be applied to the lid before-hand.
- if you have never had your eyebrows waxed, it is recommended that
you get them done at least a week before your wedding or the thin layer
of skin that has been stripped during waxing will prevent your makeup
from adhering to this area properly.
- all of your bridal party should be wearing similar colors (ie:cool/warm)
as this will greatly impact the outcome of your photographs.
- waterproof mascara should be applied to eyelashes!!
- carry a "touch-up kit" throughout the day.
- try to remember to DAB your tears from your eyes and not RUB or WIPE
them away...
