The most embarrassing thing was that my fiancé proposed to another woman!

I work downtown and he came down to take me out for lunch on our anniversary to my favourite restaurant. When we were about to pay the bill as he was saying how well he knew me and that he could even pick me out in a crowded room (I begged to differ) So we took a napkin and put it strategically around his eyes. I took out different things out of my purse and asked for him to guess what they were to see if he knew the items I carried around with me. We were laughing as this went on for a few minutes and I then noticed him reaching into his jacket. I simply thought he was just going to get out his wallet to pay so I told him to keep the napkin on and try and pick out the denominations of money he needed. I called over the waitress with a wave so that he couldn't hear and I motioned to her for us to switch seats. I stood off to the side and we both laughed at him fumbling around. Well, I turned away for a minute to get out my camera to turn around and find my blind folded fiancé putting a wedding ring on the waitress.

I yelled out, the napkin came off and was he ever red. Long story short, the waitress said no and we're getting married in March.
