What type of wedding and where?

When the big day approaches and the different interests are being considered,
many a couple faces the question where and how to marry. Obviously, people
who met in a faith community usually find the easy answer a talk with
the minister, pastor, priest or whatever other title the person heading
the congregation may have and the planning can continue.
What about those who are non-religious? What about those who are not
sharing the same religion? What about those who are not eligible to marry
in their church? There maybe many reasons why a couple would not want
a religious wedding.
In some cases, religious clergy members may agree to do a non-religious
wedding, but isn't that against their appointment or calling? The answer
lies with the Humanist Officiants; licensed by the Province and appointed
by the Humanist Association of Canada, these "ministers of non-religion"
are trained to work with every couple to provide the secular service/ceremony
they may desire.
