Affordable Wedding Albums

Q: Hi there, loving this site...such great advice, useful tips and helpful staff! I'm wondering if there would be a store or stores that sell nice albums to use for the wedding pictures. I'm asking this because the price that photo studios charge cost an arm and a leg. Quite painful indeed! So I'm looking for quality nice looking albums, but at a reasonable more budget fitting price.

I can completely understand your position and you're absolutely right...albums are very expensive when ordered directly through a professional photographer. My suggestion to you would be to check out your local photo developing studio. They generally have some great albums to select from, at very reasonable prices. Believe it or not, Wal-Mart and Zellers have also been known to carry some truly beautiful albums for excellent prices! Aside from that, Blacks and Japan Camera also have a nice selection...all for a more cost-effective price than buying-direct from a photographer. Keep in mind, however, that you will likely not find the same quality/brand as you would with a professional studio , so as long as you don't mind a bit of a stylistic sacrifice, this will be a good option for you!
